WHAT IS ADVANCING LEADERSHIP?
Advancing Leadership (AL) and Advancing Leadership Youth (ALY) are intensive community leadership programs developed by The Federal Way Chamber of Commerce and it's community partners. Since 1998, hundreds of local adults and youth have experienced the life-changing effects of our programs. Are you the next community leader? Are you ready for Advancing Leadership?

AL '11 is recruiting new mentors to spend one hour a week with local youth. Their team goal is to bring in at least 25 new mentors. Find out more:
