Partner Spotlight: Enabling AL to Act
Advancing Leadership would like to thank our amazing funding partners for their commitment to providing the resources we need to deliver exceptional service to our learners and our community.
Xerox Corporation has been working with ALY ’16 this past year and was the key event sponsor of their service project “FYI It’s DIY”. Now Xerox is adding to their investment by joining us as an Inspire Level Partner for the 2016-17 program year. We look forward to learning from and leading with the Xerox team, including the customer support center based right here in Federal Way.
Monna Lux, AL ’16 has been personally invested as an ALA learner this year. Now she and her business, Lux & Associates, P.S., are giving back to our program as Develop Level Partners for the 2016-17 year. Monna and her team have been serving Federal Way for many years and will bring both professional and community expertise to the table.
It’s a pleasure to welcome back Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care as a renewing partner. The relationship between Valley Cities and AL goes back many years – but for the coming year, they are stepping up the game with a new level of support at the Develop Level. As a key provider of mental health services in South King County, Valley Cities has a wealth of skill and knowledge to share with us.
Getting Smart is another Develop Level Partner returning in 2016-17 that brings both a proven commitment to leadership development and extensive experience in their field. Getting Smart CEO Tom Vander Ark is one of AL’s founders and our organization has benefitted from his vision as well as the impressive talent that the Getting Smart offers as an educational thought leaders.
